Well, most mp3 players aren't accurate, like my ipod is supposed to be a four gig, but it is really a 3.63 gig. what i am saying is , all mp3 players have different memory. only a few have large storage capacity.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

E250 doesn't read the new 4 gb card I got to put more songs on

your phone may not read SDHC cards... try getting one without SDHC (High Capacity) on it... you may have a 2Gb max size.

sansa have its own freeware programs and handle to reformat, reinstall the system of your mp3, so install it... and download to its site..

M250 sansa 2 gig

Make sure hold/lock not engaged

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
