Hi there you will need to replace the development motor but first try the following.

Entering the Service Mode
There are two ways to enter the service mode.
Method 1: Turn the machine on while pressing the “On Line” key and “Escape” key
together until the above message in the illustration appears on the display.
NOTE: If you switch the machine off, any jobs stored on the hard disk using the
sample print and protected print features will be deleted.
Check first with the user tools to see if there are any jobs stored with these
features
(Menu key - Sample Print, or Protected Print).
Method 2: Press the “Up/Down arrow” keys together for about 5 seconds, then
press the “Enter” key.
The above message shown in the illustration appears on the display.
NOTE: The machine automatically goes off line when you enter the service mode.

Using the up down arrows select Engine and enter by pressing enter or # key.

Using the up down arrows select mode 5 then enter using enter or # key then select 810 (SC reset) press enter then if you want to select 809 (SC Detection ON/OFF) Enter and select 1 to disable. Escape or return key all the way out and exit. Turn the machine off then on again and test if the same problem then replace the Dev unit if still having the problem then replacement of the motor likely. I can email you the complete service manual if you like.

Thanks J

SOURCE: fuser error 50.2

1) First thing is check power source. If you have the printer plugged into a UPS (uninterruptilbe power source) unplug it and plug it directly into the wall. If it is plugged into the wall you might want to try a different outlet to see if it solves the problem.
2) Remove and reinstall the fuser. It may not have seated properly.
#) Make sure you installed the correct fuser. Should be RM1-1082. There should be a sticker on the fuser with this number. See the following article for more info. http://www.partsnow.com/service_today/0705.asp

If you still have the old fuser check also that it is a RM1-1082. If not you may have a euro version machine which would require a different fuser.

If the fusers match up you should check the voltage coming to the fuser if possible. If there is 100- 127 volts where the fuser plugs in you probably got a bad fuser or it was damaged in transit. If there is low voltage or no voltage you may have a board problem. Probably DC controller or Power Supply.

SOURCE: CL7000 Replace fuser unit type G error

Run SP7-804-9
If you don't know how, or what that is, then you'd better call a service depot.
I will not post or discuss service mode procedures with end users, because you can create a great deal of problems if you're unsure what you are doing. (No offence)

Error 010 110

It quite sure what you've done. But .... Looking at your photo, you have a page stuck in the fuser. ( you could see that I'm sure) remove the fuser and check the sensor flags. If you have an. Old fuser unit you could use that as a guide.
Good luck.

I got 02-000 error on samsung scx-4623f . How can I fix it?

This error is a fuser malfunction. You will need to replace the fuser unit in order to get this running again. A fuser unit will run about $90 for a refurbished unit.

Error 322 means that your fuser is not heating. For most cases it means that you have a bad fuser module, and needs to be replaces. Send your unit for servicing at any Canon-approved servicer.

Lexmark T644 920.16 Service Fuser Error What do I need to do to repair this problem?

Lexmark gives the following list of all fuser errors and recommends what action you should take (Lexmark Knowledge Base). that the fuser unit failed to reach the standby temperature.
  • If this is the first time you have seen the error, turn the printer off and on. Leave the printer off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on. This gives the printer's engine board a chance to reset.
  • If this is an intermittent error, you may want to check how the printer is plugged in, even if it has worked on this surge device for months. Make sure the printer is plugged straight to the wall and not through a surge device or power strip. Power strips and uninterrupted power supplies can cause a low amperage problem in your printer which can trigger a false fuser error.
  • If this does not help or if this error appears every time the printer is powered on, you will probably need service on the machine.

  • 920 Fuser Error message indicates that the fuser unit in the printer is below the proper temperature for printing.

  • You may need to replace the fuser: watch this video:

The cannon coppier iR2016j is displaying sytem error E007. How can this problem be fixed?

This is a fuser unit issue. Generally the fuser film has tracked to one side and is not centered like it should be. Fuser unit replacement is generally needed or in some cases the film itself can be replaced by a professional. Both jobs will require a professional service technician.

    "922 SERVICE FUSER ERROR"

    920, 921, or 922 Fuser Error:
The printer thinks the fuser unit is not heating up to the correct operating temperature. This can be due to a bad fuser lamp or possibly no power getting to the fuser unit. As a customer, the only other thing you can do is to check the connections on both the fuser unit and where it goes into the printer. Make sure neither connection is damaged. If you are a technician working on the printer, you can check the voltage coming off the system board and Low Voltage Power Supply (LVPS) to make sure power is getting to the fuser unit.
