Question about Saeco Royal Exclusive 30153 Espresso Machine
I have the Royal exclusive and had this happen this morning.
pushed the button twice to make 2 shots of espresso and the second shot just wasted the grounds with no water. So I removed the brew group and cleaned it and tried again. So far it worked perfectly. Is this usually the case when it is time to service the brew group? I have just used the machine in some time and now using it again. Any input would be a help.
Being that you just started using it I would not be concerned. You did the correct thing by cleaning the brew group. Check on your screen under total coffees. We usually recommend you change the brew group every 10,000 cups.
Make sure you descale the machine and you can try using the cafiza tablets to clean your brew groups internal passages.
