Are you pertaining to the product key number of the MS Office software in your sony vaio or do you need the product serial number of the computer itself?

If what you need is the serial number of the hardware computer, look underneath (if its a laptop) or at the back of the computer tower (if its a desktop)

If what you need is the product key number of the MS Office to activate the software, the location depends on how you acquired the product.
1. purchased from a retail store (disc) - the product key in located inside the package, left side opposite to the CD holder.
2. if the MS Office is already installed in the computer the manufacturer should have included the media and/or MS Product Identifier card in the package where your product key is located.
3. if you purchased and downloaded it online, you will either receive the product key through an email that will be sent to you or it will be shown in the confirmation page when you downloaded the software.
4. if you purchased an office product key card, the product key is on a label inside the package. If there is no product key, please read the instructions inside. You might need to get your product key from Office.com/getkey

It sounds to me like the person who sold you microsoft office was only selling the cds, and not the actual software. They already used the product key. You will need to purchase a new product key to use MS Office, and I would suggest complaining for your money back on Ebay since it was clearly a scam, or at least give them negative feeback.

call your local ups drop off location and they will have the phone number of the driver of the truck. call him and he will either have your package or it will still be at the store where u drop it off. the driver has to scan the box before it goes on his truck and since he cant scan it because of no label its probally not made it on the truck. dont bother with the 800 numbers there worthless

it you purchased the software online, it is included in the confirmation email sent to you.

I looked everywhere on line that I could think of and couldn't find one. I have had luck looking for other parts I needed by watching ebay selling a model for parts. My go to mechanic is in Cleveland OH at the Geo. E. Johnson Co. Ask Herb or Jerry if they can order the part and have it sent to you.800-729-6341.
