Of course the model # is required.
Your request is much like saying I need an engine for my 1990 vehicle.
The model # is required for ANY replacement part... in order to get the correct one.
Most manufacturers do not support products over 10 years old - so you may be on a fruitless venture anyway.

Keep searching. sometimes it is behind the bottom drawer - on the back, or inside the removeable rear panel.
