After ordering BT Sport and setting up a BT ID, you can watch online at
btsport.com and on the BT Sport App. First though, you'll need to activate your BT ID for access to the app and online player. Look out for an email containing an activation link that you need to click.
Please bear in mind that only the account holder's BT ID can be used to log in to the app and online player. You can download the app from the
Apple App Store or the
Google Play Store.
The BT Sport App will work with:
- Apple devices running iOS 6 or later, and
- Supported Android devices running Android OS 4.1 ("Jelly Bean") or later
Search for 'BT Sport' in the app store, select the app, and then press the download button.
Your pc also needs to run Silverlight from Microsoft to use it.

To watch the online player on a desktop computer you'll need to install Microsoft Silverlight. This is a free browser plug-in that you can download here:
www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight.
The BT Sport online player will work on the following browsers:
Windows PCs
- Internet Explorer 7 or above
- Firefox
Some people have reported problems with the match centre on Internet Explorer 7. To fix this, we recommend that you upgrade to Internet Explorer 8 or above.
Mac
Watching online at btsport.com requires a minimum line speed of 400kbps. You can test your broadband speed and find out how to improve it if necessary at www.bt.com/help/speed.
