Question about Washing Machines
The F05 error is caused bywater not draining or problem with the pressure switch. Some washers may not have filter. To check you need to take the cover off below the front panel. Have water containers ready for the accumulated water. Once you see the filter loosed it up a bit and have the water collected unil it is dreained. Have the filter cleaned and tighten the filter once you have cleaned it out. If yours do not have a filter you can use a hose to drain the water or just collect it straight and have the inside of the washer cleaned. Ensure all the hoses are cleaned
THe F11 problem would point to the drain pump. Open up the panel and see if the wires had come loose or corrosion which may need replacing. Other than that it could be a faulty pump.
