Try connecting to the latest DC client unlocker to see if the file is available if yes get it unlocked on DC client

Most USB devices if you keep plug it in on different ports will need to reinstall the device software on that port as well. Ensure you use it on the same port continuously. Also going into the Device Manager and ensure the device is not disabled for that specific usb port. Disable and enable the device by right click on the device. If you do not see the device at all it means somewhere the driver has become corrupted. In this case uninstall and reinstall the software from you control panel. Also check that your firewall has not blocked the device. Lastly download the latest driver (or the complete connectivity package) for the device directly from the manufacturers website. Are you talking about a ROOT? I've found no ways to root an Alcatel--they are, simply, not popular enough for programmers to bother with. ROOTers are constantly busy staying up with the latest big brands of phones, Samsung, LG, Motorola... no time for the small phones.

for alcatel t10 maybe you can try to press the power and volume up button simultaneously and release the button when you see the android logo and there is a red triangle above it and wait till it reboot this might work..we have the same problem but difference is it stays on the lock screen and it never allow me to unlock it if you're experiencing the same problem this reset instructions might not work.
