Hi there,

Make sure that you have completely install the router driver on your PC. Better to download the latest firmware for that model if has needed. Also try to reset the unit, by pressing the reset button, this will restore and reset the unit to it's default factory setting's.

Hope this helps.

Let me know for further instructions.

My wii is showing me the 51031

Error Code 51030, 51031, 51032
It appears that your Wii console's Internet connection may be affected by wireless interference. Try the following:
    • Change your wireless router's channel to 1 or 11
Changing the wireless channel on your router may help. Most wireless routers have a channel range of 1 through 11. The best channels to try are usually 1 and 11, as they do not overlap with other channels. Typically, the channel settings for your router will be found in the router's main "Wireless" tab.
    • Where is your wireless router located?
Move your router away from walls and off the floor and try to place it in a central location in your home. Also, keep it away from metal objects such as metal filing cabinets which can cause interference.
    • Look for other devices
Noise from cordless devices (cordless phones), or wireless electronics (wireless keyboards, headphones, cell phones), especially those using the 2.4GHz frequency, can interfere with your wireless signal. Also, older microwave models can cause wireless interference. Avoid electronics that use the 2.4GHz frequency, instead look for devices that use the 5.8GHz or 900MHz frequencies.

Hi, I have a lexmark x7170 and keep getting an error message "unsupported cartridge". Help please!!

If you receive an error message that tells you that you have an unsupported cartridge, then you need to remove the cartridge. After installing the appropriate type of ink cartridge you should no longer receive the error message and you can then perform a print test.
Instruction on how avoid unsupprted cartridge message.
  1. Lift up the scanner unit (with the power on). The printer cartridge carrier will move to the top of the printer into the loading position.
  2. Press down on the lever above the cartridge and then raise the cartridge lid. Remove the cartridge and make sure the cartridge supports no more than four colors (cyan, yellow, magenta and black) and a speed of 22 parts per notation.
  3. Insert the compatible ink cartridge into the carrier and then lower the cartridge lid. Close the scanner unit, then make sure plain white paper is inserted into the paper loader.
  4. Press the "OK" button on the control panel and the unsupported cartridge message should be gone. Press the "Select" button and a test alignment page will print.

Unsupport file opening

Hi,

You normally get this message when unsupported files are installed on your phone or your phone memory.

I'll put it this way you'll get this message prompt if the application/update that you are downloading is not supported by your mobile phone's model. One of the reason why this is happening could be due to the fact that you might be downloading a wrong update for your phone. Note that some of the updates available to Nokia United States for a particular model might be different from the update made available on nokia Asia for download. Hence living in Asia, if you pick up the updates from Nokia United States for use, this could conflict and result to an unsupported file not opening.

All you'll need to do is to undo the download via the right nokia homepage and get the right download.

Hope this helped.

Kind Regards
