My zanussi washing machine does not go thriugh the

- hi my washer will wash but then not drain so then i have to move the dial to the drain cycle then the water will drain away then i put it round to the rinse cycle it will rinse but not take the softener so then i have to add the softener while the water is going through the drawer then it wont drain so then i have to move it to the drain cycle again then i have to put the dial to the spin sometimes it goes through cycles ok sometimes i have to do it all manually
