How can I fix my phone settings to enable forwarding pictures via messaging via Cricket wireless? I have contacted Cricket and have the correct sms/mms settings for the phone but I still cannot send images via text messaging. Cricket was unable to come up with a solution. I have the 2.5 GB plan. Could this be the problem?

Motorola website has a delightful fix for this problem. http://motorola-global-eng.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/motorola_global_eng.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=4627&p_created=1180712973&p_sid=rxo1DDHi&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPTEmcF9zb3J0X2J5PSZwX2dyaWRzb3J0PSZwX3Jvd19jbnQ9MTUmcF9wcm9kcz0zMCwyNjI3LDY2OSwxMTgwJnBfY2F0cz0mcF9wdj00LjExODAmcF9jdj0mcF9wYWdlPTEmcF9zZWFyY2hfdGV4dD1DZWxsIFBob25lcyAvIE1vYmlsZSBEZXZpY2Vz&p_li=&p_topview=1
SOURCE: Phone Sending MMS Messages as Default
The phone allocates a certain amount of storage for messages on a whole. Even though there may still show space available for text messages, you have hit an invisible "limit" and the phone is now defaulting to MMS messages because there is "room" there. Delete a fair amount of messages and you should be able to start sending regular text's again.

I have had a similar problem when I first got my unlocked phone. I have T-mobile as well, and once they find out you have a phone device not purchased by them, they are not very helpful - they will give you their default mms settings(same ones listed on their site). I tried those settings and they did not work on the particular unlocked phone I had. I did some extensive web searching and came across a few settings that worked with my phone. I will list them here. Hope they work for you!

to fix this problem you will need to contact your network service provider and get them to resend your gprs settings to your handset, this will than allow you to use the requested features on your mobile phone, because it sounds to me as though, either the gprs settings have not been set up or they have been deleted, hope this helps.
