Question about Heating & Cooling
Well, it sounds like you may just need a good cleaning. Water and rags and maybe a little soap will do wonders on this unit if you haven't cleaned it ever. Also try using a compressor to blow out as much as you can first and then using the rags to clean the fins and such. On hotter days, it should not cool as much but it should still cool so first try cleaning the unit and make sure that it sounds like it is running ok (the compressor should be running along with all fans). Then if it still isn't cooling, then it may need a recharge which is something I would leave to the service man to do on a unit this size. Let me know how this turns out.

I need to know how old it is and do you have extreme humidity there now? if so that can cause it not to coll, so be sure the unit is draining and also unplug unit and flush out the fins on the unit to get rid of any dirt, dust will build up with water and cause the condenser fins the inability to be able to transfer heat so AC will be warm. blocking off the vents to get it cool is another problem which means the door actuators are not functioning this could be caused by several reason including the control arm being frozen up.Since it's in a restaurant you have high humidity try replacing the filter and also look to see if it is R134 refrigerant if it is you can go to a appliance shop and buy a pirceing valve and add R134a into the system in order to get it to cool. you clamp the pericing valve onto the low side of the compressor there is an allen wrench supplied with it, tighten it down then Peirce the tube with the allen wrench then hook up the r134a from the auto parts store with a Gage on it then slightly open the valve and allow some refrigerant to leak out and hook up to the shredder valve then open the valve and open the allen wrench hole so you can allow the refrigerant to go in, watch to see if it starts getting cooler if it does keep adding fluid by shaking can back and forth until it is at max cooling ability and your set. There is a possibility that the thermal bulb is bad and if thats the case your stuck,
