Is there an app channel 4 play back tv - Televison & Video

This error shows the TV manufacturer have not secured the digital rights for displaying contents of your required channel. Consult to user manual and if nothing is found then contact the required channel for this issue.

1) Set your TV to channel 3.
2) Insert a pre-recorded tape into this unit.
3) Press the OUTPUT button on the DVD/VCR so that the VCR OUTPUT light is lit.
• If noise appears on the TV screen, press the VCR/TV button on the remote control.
4) Press the PLAY button once.
5) After a few seconds, press the PLAY button on the DVD/VCR for 3 seconds.
• The RF output channel will change to channel 3 from channel 4 and you will see a playback picture.
• When a picture does not appear on the TV screen, repeat step [4].
6) Press the STOP button to stop playback.

delete the DSTV app, reboot and install it again. Also make sure the television firmware and software is up to date.

Hi chris If you mean that the tv has to be on channel 4 instead of 3 then look at the back of your vcr , there is a swich to select the output channels 3/4.

The TV should be on channel 2, 3, or 4 to work correctly. There might be a small switch on the back of the VCR that lets you select the channel that it wil play back on.

Also, look on the remote control for the VCR and see if there is a button labeled TV/Video, and press that while something is playing. This switches back and forth between the TV signal and the VCR signal and it could solve your problem.

on you tv must be a button "video/tv",you have to push this many times to find front, back or video1 or video2 (depent were you plug the dvd)and there is were supost to work. no on channel 3 or 4
