Bios problem when i enter to bios setup ,when i select my boot drive priority and enter then a msg ope "load optimal defaults".What to do ,how to format the sytem plz help me its urgent

as for the software if installaing from a cd/dvd insert the cd or dvd and folow the prompts if you are installing from a download once the program has been downloaded click on it select install

you have to format your hard drive using a third party disc to erase everything on your hard drive

The BIOS is AMI. Under ADVANCED SETUP:
The options listed for 1st,2nd ,3rd Boot device include:
IDE0 means Pri master
IDE1 means Pri slave
IDE2 means Sec master
IDE3 means Sec slave

or if you are using a USB

insert your usb drive

click start right click on my computer select open you should see your USB drive
right click then select format
another way is to control panel administrive tools,computer management disk management right click on your drive select format
