Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I have two brand new onix mp3 players. model mini coupe 11.when conected to the pc ,Vet antivirus picks up a virus (win 32?Sipay.GA) on a CD drive within the mp3 player . Please help.
Lifted directly from the manual:
Some users have been experiencing their antivirus programs on their computer incorrectly system files on the mp3 as Trojan files. Please follow the procedure below to correct this issue:
Step 1. Turn unit on and select "System" menu. Press "M" button to enter menu.
Step 2. Press "right" arrow 4 times until "Audio Auto Transfer" is highlighted
and press "M" button to enter menu.
Step 3. Press "right" arrow to highlight "close" and then press "M" button to
Step 4. Press "Play/Pause" button to exit system menu.
After the above procedure is correctly followed, the MP3 will no longer be incorrectly detected when it is connected to a computer.

Hi there just connected mp3 on my 2 laptops not picking up the device on any, any suggestions???

Connect your drive to pc. scan with kaspersky antivirus.
