Try to Emergency Ejec the tray.
There will be a small hole in front panel, near the tray. Use a hard Pin (3/4 inch) and press gently in the hole, but at the end you will feel a hurdle in the way, pust a bit hard, and the tray will come out.
The see if there is something stuck in it, or it needs greasing.

- No No, this solution is generic, not any model dependent.
If you havn't seen any hole in the front, then there will definitly an emergency eject procedure.
And yes one thing more, the new DVD Players have now a feature called "Tray Lock"
The solution of this problem should be in the owner's manual.
If the problem prevails, contact the Vendor's.
