Question about HP Photosmart C6180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When i power on my printer it comes up with ink system failure. refer to printer documentation error: Oxc18a0001
Verify that the unit is switched on.
Remove the power cable from the back of the machine.
Wait for 30 seconds.
Press and hold the POWER button on the front panel.
Reinsert the power cable in the backside of the unit.
Print a test page. If the problem persists, replace the cartridge.
Use always genuine HP Original Catridges as recommended by HP
Using oringial catridges will give long life to this HP Printers.
If the problem persists, Please switch of the desktop / laptop along with the printer.
Reboot the machine and re-install the printer driver in the machine.
If the printer is under warranty, HP Printer Service engineer will guide you over phone.
