I live in the USA and i got the CECT t520 (i think its China phone) it says no service and im in a t mobile hot spot is it because of the Phone some how not accepting T mobile because of the T520 model is made in china pls help i want to use this phone so badly

I had the same problem and I fixed it this way. I uninstalled the printer driver then I went to the Lexmark site and under 'Drivers" I typed in t520 driver xp. There are a couple of them, pick the mpmoinxe.exe one it comes with an install. When you get to the choice of a t520 or a t520sbe pick the t520. The install will guide you through. When I got done the problem disapeared. I hope it works for you too.
1. Remove the inner EMC shield. 2. Disconnect all cables from the engine board. 3. Remove the engine board mounting screws. 4. Remove the engine board shield mounting screw (B) from the main drive motor assembly. 5. Remove the engine board. Note: Anytime the engine board is replaced, the Configuration ID must be reset in NVRAM on the new engine board.
i) first ask the service provider(AT&T) whether they are supporting china mobiles, since some service provider are not supporting china mobiles(since all china mobile ar having same IME code), this is making some china mobile to banned in some countries....
