Why is it I bought a Stanley regional about 3 years ago I noticed around the glass leg an hinges it's gone all brown like rust why is this ?

Samsung does not recommend the use of chlorine bleach in this machine. The bleach port is intended for color-safe bleach only. Chlorine bleach is an oxidizer that will accelerate the corrosion process of the drum, which is what you are probably seeing. The users guide for your machine states specifically that you SHOULD NOT put liquid chlorine bleach into the bleach port.

David White has gone trough a lot of changes. A number of years ago it was bought by CST (Chicago Steel Tape). CST was bought by Stanley tools around 2007ish. Stanley sold CST to Bosch in 2010ish. Bosch has kept CST but shut down David White, as well as all parts.
If you call the old CST office in Chicago 815.432.9200 • 800.435.1859 they might be willing to share an old manual.

Thermostat installed up side down will not operate. Don't discount the sensor as being bad or have bad connection. The only true way to know is with a independent thermometer. Most coolant has corrosion protection in it. Radiator might need to be boiled out.

I have the same washer & its 3 years old today. Rusted hinges & door & screws too.
Door is really hard to shut so I called GE to complain & they are overnighting me a new door, hinges, & screws. You should call!!

the thick brown liquid is decomposing moss, from the condensate inside the unit finding a way out.(think of it as the same stuff you get around a shower tray)clean out the fridge using clorine bleach and dry thoroughly....leave the door open for the clorine to gas off otherwise it will taint the food.when the smell has gone then close door and switch on.(some people use milton fluid,but clorine kills all known germs....)

This is extremely common!
The micro-switch inside the glass hatch release is faulty, telling the door that it is partially depressed, thus shutting down opening for safety reasons.
You can verify this by opening the glass hatch (there is a access panel at the bottom of the door on the inside), removing the trim cover from behind the glass handle (two philips screws and one plastic push in fastener), then unplugging the glass handle.
Your door will now function normally, but without glass opening ability until you replace the handle.
The handle only takes a few 10mm nuts to remove and can be changed in a few minutes. It retails for around $35 from your dealer.

if the pump is leaking then it needs replacing it sounds like someone in the past has introduced glycol based coolant in to a oat. organic acid tech coolant system THEY DO NOT MIX and go like brown jelly and block things up like heater/ac systems it needs a good flush using a cooling system flushing adative

Most likely the rear bearing is bad. It would most likely not be cost effective to repair.
