CF stands for Cool Fan. On LG Air Conditioner models, it is not an error, but indicates the fan is running to cool down for 30 seconds and then turn down automatically. This is to protect the air conditioner, but does not mean it is broken.

try switch the unit off till ice melts and try running the unit again after. if the ice is till coming back check the filters are clean and outside coil clean. sounds like a restriction in piping,possibly a blockage.

On my HP monitor on the stand, I have a locking mechanism that doesn't allow the display to be raised. I need to press a button on the stand while pushing down the display, then the button is possible to be pressed down. then while holding it down, I can pull the display upwards as much as it comes.

the stand locks in my case when pushed all the way in.

Maybe this is the same thing on yours? Maybe not?

The error code should be C1 and this would mean that the return air sensor is either disconnected or faulty. The sensor is clipped onto the fin plates of the evaporator where the air is drawn into the evap.

Maybe "CL" From User Manual:

“CA” or “CL” (Current Limit)
Is the washer overloaded?
Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display.

Wash out your outside coil and monitor the outside fan. sounds like a lockout due to dirty condenser or intermittent motor operation. Could mean condencer air problem.
