go to About phone then press the Build number 5 times, like that the devlopper option will be activeted than go back & entre it and enable USB debuge

Generally, to enable hidden developer features in Android (like usb debugging):
Go to Menu-Settings-About device
Tap on "Build number" multiple times. You should start to see a message that says something like "Tap 3 more times to enable developer mode" and so on until it says Developer mode enabled. You should then have a Developer options selection available in your menu that includes a USB debugging option.

Without being able to see it will be extremely difficult to do as there is scrolling.

I finally found it myself after looking for hours and testing.

Go to settings -> Options for developers -> Right top corner, turn it ON -> scroll down to debugging -> USB-debugging -> click it.

This is not an android device so it will not have USB Debugging

enable usb debugging in menu>settings>apps> then the last option (i don't know what it is in English because mine is in dutch) >check usb debugging
also: i recommend formatting the sd card
