Question about Canon PIXMA MP780 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Our Pixma MP780 has the alarm flashing and says 'wrong cartridge' but we actually have the right cartridge in place. We've turned the machine on and then off again but still it's not correcting itself. We had this problem a few weeks ago, bought a new cartridge (even though we already had the right one inserted) and were able to print and now, all of a sudden the same error is appearing????
On this machine it means the printhead is bad. QY6-0049-000 around $40.00
