No you would not have lost your gmail account.
Simply open your browser and go to the following link to sign in:
https://accounts.google.com
In the process of upgrading to Internet Explorer 11 you may have changed some appearance options but it is still all there.

if you remember your id and password then goto www.gmail.com
and type your id and password..in this way u can login in your account.

you should replace your tracks thats what i do

you can login both mail ids by using two different browsers.

Point your web browser at http://www.gmail.com

If another account comes up, sign out of it by clicking the avatar in the upper-right then clicking "Sign out."

If you then still can't sign in to your account, click the "Can't access your account?" link on the sign-in page.

When you created your gmail account you should have set up some security questions for verification in case you lost access to your account. Go to the gmail login screen and put in your gmail id and then click on the link that says "I forgot my password". This should take you to a form that if you fill out correctly will let you regain your account by changing the password. If that does work try getting help at the gmail forum at http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/gmail

Sounds to me like you likely are the victim of ongoing id theft via your personal computer or some other computer you have used to access each of those accounts. Stop using any computer you have been using recently and subsequently lost access to those email accounts. find some other computer, verify that computer is not compromised before using it. contact gmail concerning your lost email accounts and go through their process of verifying you are the authorized owner of those accounts. The same applies to your verizon account. They should be able to restore your account based on the billing and personal information you set up with them when you established the account, provided of course you are not the hacker... Beyond that there is nothing anyone else can do to assist you in restoring access to the lost accounts other than the service providers themselves.
