HP Pavilion a6230n won't recognise my dvd drive eversince I downloaded itunes

Hi there. The Class Filter Driver for the dvd drive is either corrupt or missing. Download and install the chipset drivers and update the BIOS for your system. This will generally solve the problem.

I can't find all the drivers for my desktop. I downgraded from vista to windows xp, I have a HP Pavilion a6230n PC can you help me out?

This system uses an nVidia MCP61 chipset and the nVidia site has the drivers for it. I needed to download the motherboard set to get the ethernet adapter to work. After I installed the motherboard set, Windows update was able to locate and install the rest of the drivers needed for XP on this beast.
