How to turn the volume down from callers?

LG 328bg Manual I have says to use the volume keys, but does not show where they are and after extensive searching, there are NO volume keys! When ppl call me the volume is so loud, I have to hold the phone away from my ear. And no, the speaker phone option is not turned on.

SOURCE: Ear speaker has no volume.

Hmm...i have the exact same phone...though this has never happenend to me. The only thing i can suggest is maybe look at the microphone and see if there is anything clogged in it? It not, i am not really sure hwat to say? Maybe take it to youre local ATT store and have them take a look, or request a new phone?

SOURCE: lg lotus speaker has no volume

My friend says it's a bad connection to the speaker, called a piezo (pezio?). My problem started with being able to hear callers but the warbly water sound was annoying. A couple of months later the volume of caller's voices was very soft. A day later they couldn't hear me at all, but as you've said I could hear them just fine. His suggestion was to see if the carrier/Sprint would replace the phone (manufacturer's warranty for one year), as this is not the kind of item "they" fix. Good luck to both of us!

When a call comes in and I transfer to my boss' extension, incoming calls do not come through, caller states phone keeps on ringing. Also on that same extension calls do not transfer to voice mail.

  • Begin the transfer. With the caller on the line, press the "Transfer" key. The caller will automatically be placed on hold and you will hear a dial tone.
  • Connect the caller to the other party. Dial the extension of the party you wish to reach. When you hear the extension ring or after you've announced the caller, complete the transfer by pressing "Transfer" a second time. If the person does not wish to receive the call, press "Release" to disconnect from the dialed extension. Press the key beside the flashing arrow on the LCD indicator where the various lines are displayed to return to the caller.
  • Cancel an incomplete transfer. If you make an error when dialing and need to retrieve the caller, simply press the key beside the flashing arrow on the LCD indicator.

  • Park an incoming call. Parking a call at a designated extension allows the recipient to answer the call from any phone in the facility. With the caller on the line, press the "Park" key twice. If your system designates a particular extension for parked calls, the caller will be held at that extension. Otherwise, the caller is held at your extension. To specify an extension for a parked call, press "Park," dial the desired extension and press "Park" a second time. Replace the handset.
  • Retrieve a parked call. On any system phone, press "Park" and dial the extension on which the call is parked. You will be connected to the caller.

Samsung gt-e2550, how do you turn call volume up or down.

You can only adjust the voice volume when a call is in progress. There is no menu option.
When you are in a phone call, press upwards on the central 4 way navigation button (the centre circle).
This will turn the call volume up.

How do you turn on the phone to receive calls?

Hi I think that what you are referring to is adding this extension to an operator group, so that it rings when an outside caller dials in. to do this you need to know which group number is to be programmed. usually this is '500'.
Press Transfer 200, followed by 1234, then 1 to enable, then 601.
now type the group number ie '500'
using your volume key scroll down until you get to Members.
press the 3rd little button under the LCD, now using the volume key again find an empty slot. press the 3 rd button again and add the new extension number.
I have sent you a training video to watch which explains this, other clips from 'abbeytel' are on YouTube and are great for reference. Alternatively visit www.abbeytelecom.com
