I STAYED LOGGED IN TO MY ACCOUNTS FOR EASY ACCESS AND SOMEONE HACKED INTO MY ACCOUNTS AND CHANGED EVERYTHING
You'll need to reset your passwords on both sites if they both have truly been hacked. At the login screen for each email site, you need to click "forgot password". It's usually just below the section where you would normally enter your username and password.
In most cases, you'll need to answer some "security questions" in order for your email provider to send you a password reset link, but once that's done, you'll be able to change your password to something you can remember.
I'd recommend using at least 8 characters; containing ONE capital letter, one to two numbers and at least one "special character" (*, #, !, ?).
I hope this information is helpful to you!

First, TURN OFF YOUR CAPS LOCK. WE DON'T LIKE TO ANSWER PEOPLE THAT ARE 'YELLING' AT US!
We don't get paid ANYTHING to answer questions.
Second, how on Earth could emails cost you Millions???
If your emails are worth that much to you somehow, then you shouldn't have been trusting Google or especially Yahoo!
Hey, Vanguardian.. This person may have eyesight problems, and truly cannot read the "normal-sized / lower-case" fonts. I know a couple of folks IRL who suffer from degenerative eye conditions which can indeed warrant the need for typing in all caps... especially when it comes to the elderly, since most of them are not going to know that "typing in all caps = yelling". ;-)
