Question about Logitech diNovo Edge 9676850403 Keyboard
Keyboard (Logitech - Cordless Desktop EX110) not communicating with PC. Logitech program gives batteries as okay. Put fresh batteries in and KB okay again. Is it the case that the batteries are so flat that their state (charge level) is not being sent to the PC. I am using rechargeable batteries. Usually a balloon comes up warning of flat batteries, could it be this happened and then the balloon disappeared when the batteries went dead flat?
Have you tried resetting the keyboard? Some models require you do that when you swap batteries. Hit the button on your receiver then underneath your keyboard.
Also move any electronic devices away from the board (cell phones etc), as this will interfere with the signal.
Post a comment if this didn't help, have a nice day!
