1. Pick up the phone handset and dial *98.
2. Press 2 to disable Do Not Disturb.
3. Once you hear the confirmation that Do Not Disturb has been disabled, you may hang up the phone handset.

You can press "Feature" and then "69" and then "Feature" again

depending on model no. there should be a button on the answering machine part that says do not disturb if that does not work take each battery ouy of each handset and wait 10-15 sec put it back in and set it on the main base considering you have more then one phone. wait for about 10 sec or the light to stop flashing then repat with next phone and so on but all batteries must be out at same time
