Question about HP PSC 2355 All-In-One InkJet Printer
With a two cartriage printer, the print heads themselves are on the cartriages. So it's likely either a driver issue, or a fault with the firmware or hardware inside the printer itself. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and software for the printer first. If that doesn't solve the issue you may need to have a professional service the printer to fix the problem. HP is generally very fast and professional about fixing issues like this if the printer ends up needing to be sent in for repair.
