Why does the pump on my ZUG Adora 12 s dishwasher not turn off?

turn the breaker to it off for 30 seconds then back on to see if it resets

Could be the pump.

check to see if the arms are spinning properly

replace water valve

Check drain hose first.

If you do not find any blockage, then you will need to access the pump, remove pump hose and look for blockage in there.

If there is no blockage at all, then either the water level switch, a faulty pump, a wiring problem, or a faulty timer board can be cause the machine not draining.

actually there is a pump that moves the water threw channels. this pump may be experiencing motor issues. i would find a repair man or, if you good a disassembling the dishwasher, you can extract this part and replace it at you local appliance shop.also, this pump assembly could be jammed as well due to an object.
