Hmm, seems like you need to explain yourself a little bit. How are you jumping the relays? But also seems if you were jumping them from 30 to 87 then you need a new relay.

Prop. because the refrigerant level is to low and the low preasuer switch is not sending the ok signal to the relays to energize them check the refrigerant level with a gauge set first and record the temp out side aswell because all refrigerant will have a preasuer diferential depending on the temp.

COOLING FAN WONT KICK ON. DID A JUMP TO THE BATTERY FROM THE OUTSIDE PLUG AND FAN KICKED ON. BOUGHT A NEW RELAY FOR UNDER THE DASH BUT FAN STILL WONT COME ON. IS THERE A FUSE TO?

The cooling fan relay is located in the engine compartment just behing the left headlamp...not under the dash. There are cooling fan test connectors built into the wiring harness near the left strut tower. The cooling fan relay is controlled by the cooling fan temperature switch located on the rear of the engine. There are 3 temperature sending units on your car if it is equipped with a temperature gauge. If not, there are 2 sending units, One is for the computer and the other is for the fan relay.

The one for the cooling fan will have 2 wires, one Tan and Orange and the other Brown and White.

The cooling fans and cooling fan relay get their power from fusible links built into the wiring harness near the starter relay.

My air conditioner will not kick off.it runs cooling all the time.like if you set it on fan it continues to cool

The compressor relay is short and it continously running in all modes. You need to check this relay contacts to be short or the relay drive is constantly on.So check these units.

Neither the fan or the a/c will come on. relay

If the the power is going thru the relay then we have a 120 volts. I would be looking at the neutral and ground to make sure, I have those. Its very unlikely that the fan and compressor would not work unless you were missing the 120 volt or neutral and ground. the problem could be in the breaker box as well. check for a loose or burn't neutral.

1993 pontiac bonneville electric cooling fans relay location

Hi, check.........I need to know which fuse runs the cooling... on this forum thread. Its not a fuse if the fan turns but could be fan relay. Unplug the coolant temp sensor lovated just below the thermostat houing and see if the fans come on. If they do, it might be the coolant sensor that is bad.

No high speed on blower motor

if motor works on heat, but not on cool ,then the low speed is energized by the heat strip or control board .if the motor doesn't run in high on cool, then the fan relay or black high speed tap from the board is not being energized. usually its the fan relay ,which is only a factor in cool in high speed fan mode. try turning fan to on at stat. that energizes fan relay and blower should run in high. gently tap the side of the fan relay and see if fan comes on all of a sudden. if it does the relay is bad. change it wire for wire label all wires and use exact replacement relay unless you know how to read wiring diagram then you can use a 90-340 generic fits all replacement. trace motor power wires back to relay or control board to find where they are fed from.

Radiator fan

You should check the 30 amp "RDI" fuse and the 7.5 ECU-IG fuse. Both fuses are critical to the operation of the fan system. The RDI fuse sends power to the fan #1 relay. The A/C amplifier turns on power to the fan #1 relay, this is why your fan works on A/C.

Now, with no cooling fan under "normal conditions" (A/C off), you need to have a good fan #2 relay, and a good water temp switch. This switch is on the engine, near the thermostat housing (I think); with a single plug, with a white with a blue trace wire going to it. Remove this wire from the sender, and jump it to ground (anywhere on the metal of the engine) with the key on (engine OFF). If the fan starts, you need a new water temp sending unit. If not, then consider a new fan #2 relay. This system is pretty simple.

Blower Turns off if ac unit comes on. No air coming through vents

This only could 1--2 things, a bad circuit board fan relay or bad thermostat. To check for bad thermostat, take off the front cover to reveal the 4-wire terminial and jump the red-wire (power)-cool,(yellow -y or blue)--- green--fan white-(heat)..........red to yellow-or y=cool. Thank-you-very-much!

CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, AUTO ZONE SAYS COOLING FAN SHORTAGE

If the fuse is blowing there is too much resistance in the cooling fan moter. Replace JUST the cooling fan motor and the fuse. The A/C always turns the cooling fan ON when turned on. That is why the A/C messes up when the fan motor is bad. Replace the fan motor and the A/C problem will be fixed too. :)
