This is a very common problem with the fridge you are having. Do remember the fridge section is only a empty box and the cooling is coming from the freezer section by a fan through a hole covered by a slid . So make sure your setting on both controls are set at the middle point . That is the start.
Then you've to check the timer, then the defrost element, and the defrost thermostat. After all these checking you'll find out why then. Hope this help, God Bless

The problem is damper assembly.In the damper assembly there is a door.This door opens and close with the help of motor.The damper is located between freezer and fridge section.The cold air from freezer section enters to fridge section via this damper door.---------- What repairmen did was proper, but may be that door is not properly got open, it got closed again.Or there is ice got collected between the freezer and freezer section, so this is not letting the cool air to pass from freezer to fridge.----------- ---------- This damper assembly needs to be replaced.Actually this door functions correctly with motor.He open the damper door manually and thought, the cool air will enter the fridge section non stop, but that door is again got closed, by some how.--------- You will have to get the damper assembly part replaced, to get the air flow work properly.------- As the repair man has already ordered the part, otherwise you can get this parts from online sites like www.repairclinic.com or from sears parts direct site.-------- Getting the damper door assembly, replaced will help.Thanks.Helpmech.

NEFF K4663 fridge. the freezer works ok but refrigerator space does not go below 9deg C even at highest setting. have defrosted and water drain is clear.

The defrost board is not functioning properly.;

When the freezer section gets cold and reaches its required cooling temperature, after that the frost on freezer section starts defrosting and the cooling fan in the freezer section blows this cool air from freezer to fridge. But if the defrost cycle does not start then over ice will get collected on freezer ventilations and that will block the air passing section from freezer to fridge, so the freezer gets cool but fridge section does not cool.Try manual defrost by unplugging the refrigerator from main power outlet for 4 hours then reconnect it and check, if the same problem is noticed again,. If yes then its defrost board problem. The defrost board located in the back of fridge section. You can get required parts from www.repairclinic.com or from online sears part site. ------------- Thank you.

If the freezers ok, then airflow is the issue, as the reefer gets its air from the freezer, set the dial that does not operate the compressor to the middle setting, pegging it to cold, makes the freezer colder by starving the reefer!, very common call requiring no repair , just a setting change!! never peg it!!

Freezer box gets cold but fridge box stays warm.

Could be frost build up in the freezer compartment or a bad defroster,
Try running a diagnostic defrost cycle test and see what happens

To help propane fridge can you turn the fridge upside down for a couple of minutes. Is this true? What kind of maintenance can you do? It is about 13 years old. The freezer works well, but the fridge isn't...

Dont tip it upside down. if the freezer is working good then that says the cooling unit is working.if you look inside the lower section(the fridge) at the back wall inside. you should see a white wire clipped into the silver fins. move that white wire down about 3 or 4 fins to the left.this should help.

Freezer to cold refrigerator not cold enough

sounds like your defrost timer is not working properly . Most fridge/freezers the fridge gets cooled from the cool air from the freezer . But when the defrost timer is not working properly the section between the fridge and freezer freezes up and hence doesnt allow the flow of cool air into the fridge. The defrost timer can be easily replaced.
