I HAVE AN EMBASSY ts60 SHREDDER-- APPROXIMATELY I MONTH OLD ---- PAPER FEED HAS A SMALL JAM --- HOW DO YOU GET ALL THE LITTLE PIECES OF JAMMED PAPER OUT?

You have to remove the top cover. Look under the top and remove screws. Gently lift top and do not stress the connecting harness. carefully remove paper shreds. Unplug of course!!
