theres no picture ans it just keeps flashing what can i do as i have no reciept and no help line no to phone

WHEN TV SWITCHED ON JUST STANDBY LIGHT COMES ON, NO PICTURE AND NO BUTTONS ON TV OR REMOTE WILL OPERATE ANYTHING

You can try leaving it unplugged for five minutes then trying again. If it still won't turn on, there is something wrong inside that will need professional attention, or just a new set.
