Question about Acer Aspire One PC Notebook
I bought 2 aspire one pc's 5 months ago but I have never been able to get the batteries to hold a charge. Is the battery defective? Do I need to do something else?
Either the battery is bad, or the battery charging circuit in the laptop is bad. To be able to judge, you will need to replace the battery is a one that is known to be working fine & see if it will be charged.
If it charges fine, then your battery needs to be replaced with a new one. If the test battery did not charge as well, then the battery charging circuit in the laptop is defective & needs to be repaired.
