use your computer go to command promt and do ping to copier machine ip add, see there is any reply .If there is reply ,your machine is connected to your p.c.then use the printer driver do a test print.

Try to remove all ink cartridges, then remove the print head, clean the contacts on carriage with piece of cotton and little alcohol then put all back again.If this not help replace the print head.It's part number is QY6-0037-000.

red light usually indicates a printer error. on your printer problem is most likely still valid paper stuck on the roller or in part (fixing unit), to be sure you have your printer breaks down all cassing to identify where the problems causing the paper jam.

E202 CIS Unit home position detection error / homeward reading position error When the same error repeatedly occurs although the power is turned OFF and then ON for several times, execute the following remedies.
(1) Check the connection between the Main Controller PCB and the CIS Unit. (J2)
(2) Replace CIS Unit.
(3) Check the connection between the Main Controller PCB and the Reader Motor (M3). (J11)
(4) Replace the Reader Motor (M3).
(5) Replace the Main Controller PCB.
