How do I fix a refrigerator that won't cool?

if you are sure the evap fans are running (the ones inside) then only 2 things left.... 1- there is ice build up around the evaporators blocking air flow..... 2- the unit is out of freon.... I really suspect that there is ice around evap, samsung's are not known for having freon leaks.....I would unplug unit for 24-48 hours, then remove ff shelving, then take 2 screws out,(located on the bottom left and right of the evap cover and the one that is behind a plastic plug located in the center about 2/3 of the way to the top of the cover....once you remove the screws, grasp the cover on the bottom right corner and gently pull out to remove cover, being careful not to break the foam that channels air..... once removed check to see where the ice is left.... usually in the top right corner, if so replace the sensor located there... Freezer fan dead?

Could be the defrosting that is not working. The fan starts touching the ice build up on the back that then causes the noise. A few days later the fan will get stuck on the ice as it keeps on building up due to no defrosting taking place. Unit will keep running as the set temperature inside the cabinet cant be reached because the air distribution will get blocked of due to the ice build up and stuck fan.

Hello,

There is an evaporator fan locateed inside top of the freezer compartment. It is normally hidden behind a plastic cover. It should be running whenever the Fridge is calling for cooling. Check to see if this fan is running. My suspicion is that it is not running. Replace this and you should be back in business.

You will see the fan assembly at the bottom right corner of the picture.

Where is the location of the coolant fan switch temperature sensor?

V6 2.8L top right rear of engine. Fan also turns on through A/C pressure switch and coolant temperature sensor, but these should operate independent of the coolant temp switch.
V8 5.0L and 5.7L (Heavy Duty) lower right rear of engine above starter.
Base model V8 uses the coolant sensor (top right of engine) and A/C pressure switches (lower right corner of eng compartment on A/C line to turn on the cooling fan. Fan is energized on all applications through the cooling fan relay.

My engine cooling fan runs even when the engine is turned off-Do you think it is as simple as changing the relay? Much appreciated, Joe B-

The engine fan circuit is separate from the ignition system and it is perfectly normal for the fan to sometimes be off while the engine is on and sometimes on while the engine is off. It should turn itself off independently. If it runs 24 hours a day without starting the engine then the relay or water temperature sensor will need replacing.

2003 malibu cooling fans don't work. I have replace the relay and the temp sensor and still nothing. When ever I disconnect the temp sensor the fans come on and work normally, but later in the day I see...

okay pull the temp sensor connector ( disconnect it) and turn car on if the fans run then its the temp sensor.... part # wt3000.
Theres also 3 relays that turn the fans on in the fuse box cooling mode fan relay @15 which is part number 7234. and cooling one # 1 which is 3604, and cooling fan #2 which is 7236.
I have the same car...give me a fan clutch cooling system anyway of the week. simple and efective no problems.

Turns on and off green LED flashes until TV turns back on.

this is a symptom of a bad lamp. for some reason it won't spit out a lamp error. shaking up the lamp will sometimes fix temporarily but you will find replacing to be the answer. if your tv has a fan error, you will get 4 red blinks.

Doesnt sound like anything out of the ordinary.  The only things you can do to help remedy that more is run synthetic oil get a right hand side air scoop or cut vents into your undertail panel.,,
