I tried to reset by doing the 1 turn to the left, 3 to the right, 1 to the left, 3 to the right that was suggested on another repair site. I've done it at least 10 times. The lights came on once - went right to rinse. I turned it on, but there was no water in it and it just started making a loud noise. I reset it a few more times, put water in it manually. The rinse light came on again, I hit the start/pause button. It emptied a bit of water, then all the lights started flashing and it turned off again. Then it wouldn't do anything. It's 1:42 am and I'm sick of this piece of junk. Any suggestions for a 3-WEEK-OLD machine??
I would suggest that as it is a new unit , it is covered by warranty so why don't you call the service agent for a warranty inspection and fix rather than loosing your cool
there is nothing you can do while it is under warranty as any fix by other than authorized service persons will void the warranty
