It is funny that the Model Number has 1990 (1A81990STDM) in it. The serial number is the last part '755117'. My guess is that it was designed and first released in 1990, updated perhaps, but this one was made in 2015.

The first John Deere 110 lawn and garden tractor was built in the John Deere manufacturing facility in Horicon, Wisconsin, in 1963 and subsequently became an American classic. The tractor was originally designed as a garden tractor, although it is often called a lawn tractor; the company discontinued the model 110 in 1974.
For automotive applications, the tenth digit is the code for year of manufacture, but automotive VINs are 17 characters in length. At the link, it states that 13 character VINs for John Deere are not coded for year of manufacture. You may have to check with your John Deere dealer for help. How to Read John Deere VIN
I believe it would be 1994. All Deere 693 heads end with 6 numbers and the first three of these correspond to year. Ex 1989-630xxx 1990-635xxx 1991-640xxx and so on
Although I can't find a John Deere T353, there is a T353 tractor made by the company TYM. It's a Korean company. Perhaps it is being sold by a John Deere dealer, or even labeled as a John Deere. I can't speak for its reliability, but they offer a 5 year warranty which is longer than most. If you go with it, make sure the dealer backs it up and stocks parts. Good luck!
