That isn't a problem with the sensor bar. All the sensor bar is a light emitter, it has a series of infared LED's inside at varying angles. It seems that the problem lies within the radio interference between your WIii more and the Wii. Try moving your Wii away from the TV and maybe even changing the batteries in the Wii mote.

My remote cursor wont appear and ive changed battery already.

try to check the sensor bar. You can check if your sensor bar is working by focussing a digital camera on the bar as if you were taking a picture of it. In the viewfinder you should see 5 blue lights illuminated on both ends of the sensor bar. If one of the light is missing or busted it only means that the sensor bar is faulty. Try to bring it to the store where you purchase it for warranty.

Sensor bar doesn't work

1) Is the bar plugged into the console?
2) Did your cat or dog chew through the wire?
3) Have you tried using the setup menu to alter the remote's sensitivity?
4) Is anything interfering with the sensor bar, such as a reflective surface or other lighting in the room? Shiny coffeetable tops and fluorescent lights aren't friendly to the Wiimote. Try covering reflective surfaces and playing with the lights off.
5) If you get a replacement and still have the same problem, then the problem is with the Wiimote.

Sensor Bar

well i don't know about australia, but you can easily get sensor bars on the internet (heavy shipping costs?). if that isn't possible try a store that sells games like walmart. along with video games there should be a few accessories on the shelf.
