Use the menu button on the side of the tv
that brings up the screen menu
using the channel and volume buttons move around until you find aspect ratio
find the one that fits the screen and press the menu button to save and exit
it could be a pixel setting so find pixel settings while the menu is on the scree and adjust to the correct pixel setting
there are plenty of remotes for tv units on e-bay
all you have to do is select one that is for sanyo led/lcd tv's and read the details to see it it works your model tv

Sanyo flatscreen screen not calibrated.

no, but have the buttons in question tested with a remote tester, may have had a liquid spilled on the remote and two buttons next to each other are affected, if not the remote it is serious.

Lost my remote control

You require the original factory remote to have the menus. The link below is the source of where you can order a remote.

Closed caption cant get off of tv.

If you can't command all functions with univ. remote, use the
buttons on the front of the tv......if that is not possible, then
you need original remote = www.mrremotecontrol.com

Closed captioning

I am sorry you don't. You will need the original remote. I have enclosed a link where you can see the original remote and order one if you want to. If you see the picture, there is a caption button on the remote to turn on and off the closed captions Good Luck.
