No repairs, you just buy a new remote. You can try taking the remote apart and clean under the membrane with electrical contact cleaner. DON'T use WD40, it will rot it.
the beeping means that the remote needs to be replaced. check the wire for bit marks or pinches. they are user replaceable. just go to the human touch website and call their numbers
