Question about Toshiba Satellite Pro M300-S1002V T8300 Notebook
Brand new Toshiba notebook turns itself on within seconds of being shut down. I have to take the battery off to stop it restarting. Also when I restart it often says there has been a system error and requires diagnosis. Works fine otherwsise although when it sleeps if not used for a period it closes down all open applications and they have to be re opened.
Go to toshiba's website
www.toshiba.com select your proper device and go to support put in your model number there have been some bios updates to resolve this issue. load all bios updates and you should eliminate this known issue.
