the 3 color guns seem to be out of alignment and the magic focus button doesn't fix it. Any suggestions?

The Convergence Circuit has failed. Replacing the two Convergence IC's and possibly one or two low ohm value resisters should fix the problem. I do recommend a professional to do the job since there may be adjustments in the factory mode needed after the repair to align it properly.
