Are you using Windows Photo Viewer (or its Win10 equivalent ?) If so, i should download Irfanview or FastStone - they will probably view the files, and also have editing capabilities. There may be other applications equally as good, but I have had success with both of these.
if you have a data cable you can connect the phone with ur pc and if the pc picks it up you ne Samsung PIM manager to tansfer the pictures from the phone to the PC. if you need the data cable let me know.
hey there, have you tried to adjust the screen resolution by right clicking on the desktop and select the setting tab. set the resolution to 1024 * 768 and set color quality to 32 bits cheers
