Question about Refrigerators
Purchased a frigidare refrigerator without a ice maker. Want to install one. After research, I came to the conclusion that it is the IM115. My main question is where does the ice maker plug up to the electrical inside the refrigerator. Thanks.
I just installed the same ice maker in my frigidare refrigerator. The cord was coiled up at the bottom left rear of the refrigerator. Some models have an access panel that must be removed first.

The wires should be behind a cap that covers the hole for the water tube on the pack panel in the freezer.

Tips for a great answer:
Thank you for your post, friend!
Based off the information you have provided you need to know what size water filter needs to be used for a IM115 inside of a Frigidaire refrigerator. Typically, the IM115 needs an in line water filter and that would be attached on the line. If you need additional information on that part I would recommend contacting the manufacturer for assistance. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt

I appreciate your post, friend!
Based off the information you are providing about your icemaker, IM115. It may need to be exchanged out normally if a part goes out within that model there is not a replacement part available. You may want to consult a professional technician for proper diagnosis and repair because it is possible that the icemaker is faulty or the water valve is not receiving signals to shut off. I hope this is helpful. -Matt
