passwod protection : if the password is continuous wrong 3 times the alarm will start. If the password is worng 5 times account is locked...after reboot or half an hour the account is unlocked automatically.
The company default user name is admin and password is blank...i hioe this answers youw question
You need to contact support for a password reset. I never heard of this manufacturer and I am in the business. But their website is http://www.floureon.com/home-security-surveillance-e_1/. Usually they can offer reset options once they confirm you own the DVR.
You should never use any adapter with amperes outside the recommended range (the range of the original adapter), doing so could and most likely will irreversibly damage the device.
