Go back into your original file and rename your photos in the exact order you want them in. The frame show the pics in the order they are listed in the file. So name your first picture image 1 and so on, and the frame will show them in that order. Be sure to check the order while you still have the file on your computer (to save yourself the hassel of taking the memory card in and out a million times). Click "view" in the top toolbar. Then "arrange by name" to see the new order. That way you can be sure they are in the order you want.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

When you power on the picture frame, a slideshow will automatically display the photos on your memory. (If you have not inserted a memory card yet, the slideshow will display the photos pre-loaded into the internal memory.)
To restart the slideshow, press
ENTER again, or press the Slide Show button on the remote control.

I have an iQ 12.1" Digital Frames box and am having much the same problem. No matter HOW I have tried numbering the pictures, digitally, alphabetically, a combination of both, with and without the picture name, they will NOT run in sequence designated. I have used SD chips and/or a Flash Drive. With 10 pictures on the chips they only play 4 pictures randomly. With 90 pictures on the Flash Drive they only play 28 pictures again Randomly.
