SOURCE: Thermal Fuse
First of all stop replacing the fuses and using the dryer it could burn down your house. The problem is the vent is clogged (not necessarily in the dryer) make sure also that the vent flex is not excessively long behind the dryer and is not kinked when the dryer is pushed back.

take the door off. take the front panel off. take the belt off the tumbler. take the tumbler out. you should see the roller. everything is held with regular phillips head screws.
SOURCE: thermal fuse keeps blowing
they will blow if the heat dont get out of the dryer and builds up inside / check and see if vent hose behind dryer is kinked or vent going outside is open / it will be one of those two.
SOURCE: keep blowing fuses
hi, make sure you are using a time delay fuse and not a regular fuse. this may be the reason why the fuse keeps blowing out on your dryer.

something is still plugged with lint,if the vent line is long blow it out with a leaf blower to clean it out,you have to clean out the duct that the lint filter slides into,if the filter is on top remove the vent line, remove the back panel, remove the lint filter and the two screws in front of it and remove the four screws and clean out the duct,if the filter is in front take off the bottom panel, remove the filter and clean the duct, also vac out the inside of dryer where the motor is,when the dryer gets to hot the thermal fuse pops as a safety so you still have a block somewhere
