My turtle beach X1 left headphone and microphone has stopped working have you got any ideas why or somewere that could fix it ? Many thanks

Why don't you contact Turtle Beach directly? You probably broke a cable or something. They have replacement parts on their website.
Actually, to test the headphones, plug in the green jack and USB to your PC and listen to music. If both speakers work, then the headset is fine.

My tutle beach makes a wierd noise to my friends but i dont hear it

If you're using a wired controller, try a wireless controller. Sometimes connecting the USB on the controller and USB on the X1 to the XBOX can cause noise from the controller that can leak into the chat signal.

My turtle beach x1 mic will not work

Have you tried using your X1 on your PC? Try connecting your X1 to a PC and speak into the X1 mic. Can you hear yourself in the headset? If yes, then the X1 mic and headset are OK but you need a new chat-controller cable. If not, then you should contact Turtle Beach about it --- support@turtlebeach.com.

Turtle Beach Ear Force X1 Headset with very low sound output

Try playing the X1 from an iPod or MP3 player. If it works better on that, then the problem is probably the Stereo Splitter Cable connecting the X1 to your Xbox audio outputs. If the X1 sounds bad from the MP3 player too, then you should tell Turtle Beach tech support about this. support@turtlebeach.com.

Turtle Beach X1's(xbox360) Not working as they should be?

Check and see if your TV is on a mono setting. That would cause all sounds to play through the right and left speakers or the headphones.
